How Will The Website Work?

Hey guys, so here is a proposal I recently sent to a potential business partner. I think this best sums up what my website will be all about feel free to let me know what you think or ask any questions in the comments. Thank you!

My project is going to be a website with the target audience being golfers between 20-50 years old. In short the website will be a subscription based e-commerce website with eight different golf ball packages. Each package will contain balls of different levels. Packages will be selected for site members by a series of questions in a form. These questions will range from their gender, age, to their swing speed, handicap, and more. I can explain in more detail once we get started on the project. However the pain point I am targeting with my target audience is having to go out and buy balls. I myself am a golfer so I know this. There will be many times when I will get to the golf course, get to the first tee, and then realize I have three balls in my bag. No matter how good you are this can be scary because most golfers lose a lot of golf balls, especially when they are not supposed to be. In these cases I will have to run into the club house and buy whatever they have available for balls, usually not something I prefer using. With my service golfers will have balls arrive at their homes every month so this emergency never arises.

The second pain point I am trying to fix is golfers using the wrong balls. Many golfers will go out and purchase the most expensive golf balls because they think that the more expensive a ball is the better. This is true in a sense. The more expensive the golf ball, the better it is. However, only great golfers should be using great golf balls. There are many reasons for this and if you are interested I can explain more. But golfers that slice shouldn’t be using the Prov1 and golfers that have a slow swing speed shouldn’t either. There are many different elements and factors and the goal of my website is to custom fit golfers with golf balls that they can play the best with and then have those balls be shipped to their house every month.

A little more about the website; so the users of the website should be able to have their own member profiles where they can update their statistics and they can comment on blog posts and news articles. I would also like there to be a normal store where golfers can buy things like T-shirts, golf shirts, a radar (for their swing speed), laptop stickers, ball markers, tees, gloves, etc. If you have any more questions or if you would like me to tell you more please let me know.
